Store at -18 C. Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to 170 C for normal oven. Place product on a baking tray and defrost for 30 minutes at room tempreature. Place baking tray in the center of the oven and bake for approximatly 20-22 minutes at 170 C for normal oven. The baking time also depends on the favourite browning and the oven. Consume within 12 hours.
