Delivery Information
You can select your individual delivery day in the final ordering step. To do this, click on “Next step” in the shopping cart and select the desired day in the calendar. The delivery days agreed with you also apply in the online shop. If you have any questions or requests for changes, please contact your responsible ARYZTA Business Developer. Note that deviations are reserved for holiday deliveries.
Favourites
You can save your favourite products together on your Favourites list by clicking on the star to the right of each product.
You can find your favourites list in the menu bar (star symbol). Here you will find a clear overview of all your saved products with price, picture and current availability. Products in your favourite lists can be added directly to your shopping cart.
You can also create multiple favourites lists.
Order Changes
If you would like to remove products, please call ROI -1850 777 100 & NI 028 9262 2200 or email us at afsordering@aryzta.com. Our customer center is open Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm (excluding holidays).
Password
You can change your password using the “My Account” > “Personal Details” function at the top right of the menu.
Change of Address
If your address or other information has changed, please contact us briefly by email at afsordering@aryzta.com with the changed information and we will take care of everything else.
Multiple Accounts
Can multiple employees set up their own accounts for the order?
If several employees need their own accounts for the order, please send us a registration request with your customer number for each employee. It is important here that every employee registers with their own email address.
Can I operate two branches with one account?
We can only assign an account to one customer number. If you have multiple branches and therefore multiple ARYZTA customer numbers, please contact us to set up a single login view for your multiple accounts.
Smartphone / Tablet
You can use our web shop on desktop, smartphone and tablets. On mobile devices you can either use your browser or our Apps for Andriod or IOS, which you can download here.

All nutritional information is displayed on each products page. This page is optimised for printing and saving to PDF
Privacy & Terms
To request deletion of your webshop user profile, please contact us at: CustomerServicesTS@aryzta.com
Include:
· Contact name
· Customer number (if known)
· Registered email address
Personal information associated with your user profile will be removed or anonymized, including name, email address and contact phone number. Business-account data and records that ARYZTA is legally or operationally required to retain, such as company account information, order history, invoices, delivery and transactional records and contractual information, may be retained in accordance with applicable laws and company retention policies.
We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless additional verification or legal review is required.
