Made using Italian Durum wheat flour following the traditional ciabatta method which delivers a light crust and well aerated bubbly dough through its unhurried fermentation which is then baked on the ‘sole’ of the oven creating a lovely open crumb and rich aroma.

Remove all packaging, pre-heat oven to 180 °C. Place frozen product on to the baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake at 180°C for 23 minutes. Cooking guidelines will vary according to the equipment used
