FOR BEST RESULTS BAKE FROM FROZEN. All ovens vary. The following are guidelines for fan assisted catering ovens. Pre-heat oven to 190°C. Place sausage rolls on a baking tray 1” apart seal side down. Bake at 190°C until golden brown 20 - 25 minutes. For other ovens adjust baking times as per manufacturer’s instructions. Always ensure the rolls are piping hot prior to serving. The baking time depends on the favourite browning and the oven.
