For best results bake from frozen. All ovens vary. The pollowing are guidelines for fan assisted catering ovens. Pre heat oven to 190°C. Place sausage rolls on a baking tray 1' apart seal side down. Bake until golden brown for 20-25 minutes with exhaust open. For other ovens reduce baking times as per manufacturer's instructions. Always ensure the roll are piping hot before serving.
