FOR BEST RESULTS BAKE FROM FROZEN. All ovens vary. The following are guidelines for fan assisted catering ovens. Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Reduce heat to 180°C. Place sausage rolls on a baking tray 1” apart. Bake until golden brown for 25 - 30 mins. For other ovens reduce the baking times as per manufacturer’s instructions. Always ensure the rolls are piping hot prior to serving.
