Cook from frozen. All appliances vary, the following instruction as guideline only. Deep fry: preheat oil to 180°C. Fry for 6-8 minutes. Oven: preheat oven to 190°C. Bake at 190°C for 20-25 minutes or until the core temperature reaches a minimum of 75°C. Hot holding setting temperature: 70°C, after reheat holding time: 90 minutes. Storage Instruction: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Defrost for 12 hours at 0-4°C, shelf life after defrost: 3 days, stored at a temperature ≤ +4°C
