Bake from frozen for 15 minutes at 200°C. The baking time depends on the favorite browning and the oven. Deep fry at 180°C for >4minutes until golden brown. Consume when cooked. Alternatively the product can be defrosted prior to baking for 12 hours at 0-4°C and kept in refrigeration for 3 days. Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted
