DEEP FRY -Deep fry small quantities of Spicy Wedges in hot oil (175°C/347°F) for 3-4 minutes.OVEN BAKE -Place Spicy Wedges on a baking sheet in a pre-heated oven at 230°C/446°F/Gas8 for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Drain on absorbent paper before serving. Do not refreeze once thawed.
