Defrost in a chill for 12 hours. Once defrosted use within 5 days of opening and store at refridgerated temperature. For Fan assisted oven: Pre Heating temperature 160oC. Baking temperature: 160oC for 18 minutes. Normal oven: Pre heating temperature 180oC fpr 18 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Shelf life after cooking : 2 hours at room temperature.
